Unrivaled knowledge
Before joining Richard, Archie was covering the whole of the South in his own in a specialist role investigating water main problems. He was the sole person carrying out that responsibility across the entire region, which says a lot about both the trust placed in him and the level he was operating at. That level of knowledge is a huge advantage. Archie understands the technical side of wastewater, drainage, and water infrastructure. He is not guessing his way through it – he knows the systems, the faults, the solutions.
